i have two items for sale with a starting bid and a buy it now price. 1 person wants to buy both

I want to give the person buying 2 items that I have for sale a discount for buying both how do I do this? i didnt click accept offers and I have a starting price and a buy it now price. I have had no bids on either item

Contact the person via eBay Messages and ask him/her to use the Buy It Now function but ask the buyer to hold off of making payment straightaway so that you have time to prepare the invoice with the discount applied.

When you go to the Sold Items section of your All Selling page tick the boxes next to each item that the buyer has committed to purchasing.  Once you have done that click on More Actions next to one of those items in order to pull up the drop-down list and select the option to send the buyer an invoice.  All of the items that you ticked will be included on the invoice - revise the postage and packaging costs so that it reduces the total amount payable to the amount that you agreed when you offered the buyer a discount.

Once you have finished setting up the invoice and the costs have been adjusted accordingly send the invoice to the buyer.  He/she will then be able to make payment for the items that he/she committed to purchasing at the agreed discount price.
