bad selling experianse and ebay are blocking me from getting any help has anyone else had this prob

i had a case poened against me by a buer ebay closed the case in favour of the buyer i strongly think they were wrong to do so but now i cant get help from ebay through email phone or live help they seem to have blocked me .i have done nothing wrong except selling to a bad buyer has anone else had this problem

If ebay closed the case it means you did not deal with it and buyer had to escalate. That means no refund of selling fee and you get a Defect.

If buyer asks ebay to remove the feedback you left you will also have a policy Violation.

Nonev of this will do your selling account any good.

thank you for reply just annoyed as i did ask buyer to parcel up and let me know the weight for return label but she would not reply to me ebay never asked me anything to do with the case and now seem to be blocking me from getting intouch with ebay.im not bothered about my seller account as i wont be selling on here again after the way they have been with me
