Why is it I'm possible to talk to a human being from Ebay Customer Support via telephone?

eBay clearly don't want to help anyone selling on the site as the phone number just gives no option to speak with anyone and no-one replies to emails through any of the given channels. I would love some help to find a way of communicating with eBay, it's always an uphill struggle with this company. Your help is very much appreciated.

I agree with you totally 100% I’ve had so many disputes with Ebay over sours cheating me sending me back frog cards saying lies the card was damage which never was and they always stick up for the buyer never for the shower who makes them their business and God for bid you have to talk to Ebay they don’t care every other business I know of has their employees With a secondary phone that during business hours they could talk to you and help you out through these things or on the computer but now try to get a hold of somebody try to talk to somebody even try and get onto the Internet just sent you a scam place where it says all we’re gonna charge you five dollars give us your credit card and then will refund it to you oh **bleep** I fell for that once before and they billed me hundreds of dollars why doesn’t Ebay try and have that site taken down for fraud they don’t care maybe they’re part of it so the way it is nowadays you got to work it out on your own or just say f—-it and go to another Selling place.I’ve been trying to get my store back up and running for weeks can’t get help from anyone can’t call anyone but yet I’m post to take a loss and money over this come on Ebay wake up do your GD job
