Why is it I'm possible to talk to a human being from Ebay Customer Support via telephone?

eBay clearly don't want to help anyone selling on the site as the phone number just gives no option to speak with anyone and no-one replies to emails through any of the given channels. I would love some help to find a way of communicating with eBay, it's always an uphill struggle with this company. Your help is very much appreciated.

Thanks

The best option would be for you to post your query on these forums.  If you were to do that you would more than likely receive answers to your questions not long after posting the query.  There are a lot of regular users on these forums who have had extensive experience of many of the issues that are often posted about on the forums, so if you were to take the time to type up a query and post it on the forums you would more than likely receive answers from many experienced users who have been in the same situation before, and who are therefore in an ideal position to offer you some accurate advice as to how to resolve the problem.  In addition to that, the advice you receive from responders on these forums is likely to be far more accurate than any advice that eBay may be able to give you.  eBay representatives often just give pre-rehearsed answers and don't necessarily provide the correct advice in relation to the specific question(s) being asked - responders on these forums tend to speak from first-hand experience and as such usually provide far more accurate advice.
