What to do if a buyer asks to cancel an order that I have wrapped and ready to post

A buyer bought something from me I have wrapped it ready to post tomorrow I then get an email from them saying they wish to cancel the order what advice do you have

It's annoying but best to agree.  Go to More Actions, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.   The buyer will need to agree to that at their end for it to work.   The refund will be issued automatically.
