Undeserved negative feedback

Hi 

 

Today I received my first negative feedback.

 

I opened an unpaid item case after 48 hours of the sale ending, the buyer paid yesterday and I posted it today.

 

The buyer has left negative feedback.

 

I had an online chat with eBay and she said she could not remove feedback, I have to use the Seller Central feedback revision form.

 

I've done that but there is nowhere to enter the reason why I think it's unfair.

 

Is there anything else I can do? 

 

I have over 1300 positive feedbacks I'm completely devastated.

Have you spoken to the buyer nd asked them why they have left negative feedback?. They say they have waited 2 weeks for postage, is this the case. I would normally start a unpaid item case after the 48 hours initial period, then wait the 4 days of the case, close the case and then relist the item, that way the buyer will have a mark against them for non payment.. I would not wait any longer for payment no matter what the buyer said, they have had ample time to pay.

Regards to feedback if it only states their opinon it is almost impossible to get it removed, most buyers will see your excelent feedback from other buyers and accept this negative as unusual and overlook it.

You have the option to leave your response under the neg comment.

 

Something like PAID (Insert date).POSTED(Insert date). Proof available.

 

Don't mention the word lies or similar as your comment would be removed

don't waste a feedback revision request unless the buyer has agreed as all it's is a direct request to the buyer to change their feedback.

Try contacting ebay 1st thing in the morning, should get Dublin,

explain that comments are wrong as you posted ASAP after payment.
