Undeserved negative feedback

Hi 

 

Today I received my first negative feedback.

 

I opened an unpaid item case after 48 hours of the sale ending, the buyer paid yesterday and I posted it today.

 

The buyer has left negative feedback.

 

I had an online chat with eBay and she said she could not remove feedback, I have to use the Seller Central feedback revision form.

 

I've done that but there is nowhere to enter the reason why I think it's unfair.

 

Is there anything else I can do? 

 

I have over 1300 positive feedbacks I'm completely devastated.

don't waste a feedback revision request unless the buyer has agreed as all it's is a direct request to the buyer to change their feedback.
