Sellers refusal to sell handmade items

I recently sold a handmade item and the buyer says they intend to change and Renault the item. The sake was cancelled and refunded can I have some advice please

Terribly sorry, I sold an handmade item and the seller told me afterwards that they were going to strip the item down and 're-do it. After finding ding this out I had cancelled the sale and refunded the purchase. Now they are threatening me and demanding an apology. I would just like to know where do I stand on this matter.

Frankly if the buyer had paid for the item what they do with it after receipt is no concern of the sellers as long as they weren't intending to alter and return it.
