I recently sold a handmade item and the buyer says they intend to change and Renault the item. The sake was cancelled and refunded can I have some advice please
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by "change and Renault the item." Did you mean that the buyer said that he/she was going to change and return the item, thus implying that he/she was going to send you back something other than the item that he/she paid for? If so then report the buyer to eBay, as this would be a clear admission by the buyer that they intend to try and screw you over for a refund and keep the original item posted. eBay don't take kindly to that kind of thing, so if you were to draw their attention to it they would more than likely start watching the buyer's account very closely, and if the buyer were to leave you any negative feedback then you ought to be able to get this removed, along with the feedback-related defect, if you were to contact eBay quickly enough and ask for the feedback to be removed.
If this is not what has happened then could you please explain what you meant by "...and the buyer says they intend to change and Renault the item"? Renault is a manufacturer of cars and vans, something that is not synonomous with items made and sold online by eBay sellers!
Sorry, no idea what this question is!
