Hi,
I have had a few people message me over the last few months to say when they have tried to buy more than one item from me that they get a message to say they have reached there maximun purchase allowance from me in the last 10 days.
I can only relate this to when my account got hacked over a year ago and sipkeone was suddenly seling mobile phones on my account and had changed it to a business, I saw this right away and stopped it and ebay said they had put my account back - I have emailed ebay a few times direct and asked and they just start going over all the stuff to do with being hacked and tell me to change my password and so on, they aren't actually understanding what I am asking them about how to take this restriction off my account.
I have looked over and over at my settings but can't see where it might be, can anyone help?
