Hi, I recently haven't seen any invoices after using Packlink since 01/01/2021. Asked them about it, no help at all, still no invoices available. Does anyone know what's the problem or similar issues like me. Thanks

No idea, I would never use Packlink for anything. They are just a parasite middleman between Ebay and Hermes who actually do the deliveries.
When you are paying three Companies for a job that only takes one, then you get the service you pay for.
