Packlink Invoice not available on the account since 01/01/2021

Hi, I recently haven't seen any invoices after using Packlink since 01/01/2021. Asked them about it, no help at all, still no invoices available. Does anyone know what's the problem or similar issues like me. Thanks

It doesn't seem to be an issue with anyone else, so your account may have been flagged for review, as you're currently trading illegally.  Private accounts are only for those clearing their homes of their old no longer wanted possessions. That clearly isn't you. So I would advise you to upgrade your account from private to business as a matter of urgency, before you find yourself in deepest doodoo, with Ebay for defrauding them of fees, and with Trading Standards for denying buyers their legal rights.  Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in (new or used) items to sell is a business and must be registered as such from the very start. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law.

 

For confirmation, go to Ebay's Seller Centre. For full information, go to the government's website.  And note that there is no such thing a 'hobby seller' or a 'just trying it out to see how it goes' seller, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant.

No idea, I would never use Packlink for anything. They are just a parasite middleman between Ebay and Hermes who actually do the deliveries.
