I put three items to sell on my list yesterday 18th February, but only two of them have appeared on my selling page. The third item is advertised on the eBay selling page under cast iron guttering, but I cannot seem to get it onto my account page?

You have 3 live listings, including guttering.
I hope you realize that you are heading for trouble, you listed all items as posting by RM for £3.20 odd.
Buyers will expect you to post for this & RM won't accept any of of your items.
If you meant collection only, then you have to list as collection in P&P section.
If you don't have any bids, you can revise, if bids ,may be better to end & redo correctly, ebay will still charge you fee on highest bid.
