Ive recently sold an item for £200 plus and extra cost of £7.90 postage which should come to £207.90p,but ive only recieved £193.Why ?????

There are Paypal receiving fees of 3.4% + 20p for UK payments. 3.9% + 20p for overseas payments. They are taken from the payments as they're received.
