Hi, I have a purchased item that has not been paid for. I have contacted the buyer twice and yet to receive payment. I wish to open an unpaid case item, but when I go through the steps online, it states a case will not be opened until the 21st June? I want to re list the item this week. Where do I stand?

OP, the other two posters have answered you correctly !
Go to your site preferences to adjust / amend the unpaid assistant option, switched on to off..
