If I change a listing, will viewers of original item get email notification of modified item?

Say I have a toy, if i relist the item once it has sold out and then chnage some paramters, will the same buyers get email notification about this altered listing?

How many multiples of brand new items will you be listing as it appears you are not registered correcly ?.
