I accidentally listed a jacket with a £500 reserve, realised my mistake and withdrew it immediately.

Ebay are wanting to charge me £19 + for the listing even though I removed it but I cannot contact them (as usual).

How can I resolve this please?

you added a reserve, the fee is charged as soon as the listing goes live

you can try contacting CS, they may agree to waive the fee, but it really depends on how long the item was listed for, before you ended it.

Obviously you can only resolve it by contacting eBay CS and asking them to waive the fee. It's not easy to contact them at the moment but people do manage.

i had to use the `chat` link today and she responded within 30 secs and was very helpful, so worth giving that a try, given we can`t ring them at the moment.
