How to fo about Sueing Ebay

Forced by Ebay to accept condition to refund a Buyer who broke item. As they said it was my fault i explained to Ebah i am not accepting because then i can not put in for a claim. 

I sent item in good faith. Either buyer or courier.  As buyer spend so long to do anythin i assume he wasnt happy with item and broke it.

Anyway point is Ebay said im not at fault. But shut case and refunded him through my account and telling me they didnt. So they screwed me over. Paypal ivestigated and the amount was refunded through my account ( i never agreed to that?).

Back and forth back and forth. Had hosp with stress and blood pressure up. 

Everytime staff either ignored or left chat. 

Now saying they have issued payment back to me and havnt.

So much illegal and fraud. And had enough.

Put me throught the mill and not accepting responsible.

Wanting reimbursed for item. Taxi to and from hosp. And if they keep going then its will be more than that.

Just honestly sick of being lied to.

As customer a buisness and im only house clearence for older relative to go care i knew theyd take his side.

I have all transcripts and voice recordings ready.

How did the buyer get a refund through eBay and another refund throu PayPal?

As for sueing eBay if you and, or your legal reperentative reads eBay T&C you will se you have no chance of winning a court case due to the fact you accepted eBay's T&C.

I won the case. I have transcripts etc. Ebay said they will refund them i wasnt to worry it wouldnt come out my pocket. Effect rating or fees. Then it was issued as a refund that they did through my paypal acc. They just issued a normal refund. Even tho they said all this... then went back on word. I have all recordings. So they issued a payment using my account. They have lied several times. Then trying to say they did issue it. Gave me a code which paypal have and shows and "i" refunded the customer normally. So if they saying they issued money from them why would it show in my paypal as it came from me. So i sent an item about the UK and paid sellers fee the lot. So its actually alot more i am down... and saying all this stuff to me then backtracking or leaving chats or ignoring me after the fact theyre stressing me out to ####!. Ive been up the docs the hosp for an ecg. Telling me to remain stress free but hard when uve basically been robbed by someone someone you though could be trusted. They gave their word and then soon as they turned there backs. Scumbags man

Sorry to hear about your health problems. What you described is a no fault refund where eBay make the refund out of their own pocket.
