How do I list antique taxidermy without getting it removed?

eBay removed my listing of an antique stuffed Barn Owl, but there are other examples for sale. What do I need to say or select to assure the “system” that I am not in breach of rules on trading endangered species? This bird died at least 100 years ago!

Thank for any help you can provide.

Looking to see what's listed for sale, is not the way to see what can be listed here. You must check Ebay's Seller Centre or Policies for that information (links at foot of any page).  There are lots of things listed which either breach the rules or break the law, which is why Ebay has a 'Report' button on every listing, and has the Money Back Guarantee in place.  Your listing was removed because it was found by Ebay or reported by an ebayer. If similar items are still listed and are not allowed here, it's because they haven't yet been found or reported.

If you've read Ebay's policies on taxidermy, and are sure the item doesn't breach any rules, contact them and ask for an explanation. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page, with Live Chat and Request-a-callback available during working hours.
