How do I list antique taxidermy without getting it removed?

eBay removed my listing of an antique stuffed Barn Owl, but there are other examples for sale. What do I need to say or select to assure the “system” that I am not in breach of rules on trading endangered species? This bird died at least 100 years ago!

If eBay have removed it don't try to relist it, that is just asking for account suspension.
