I sold an item before Christmas to Germany and i posted it to the Hub the next day it took them two weeks to notify me it has left the Hub. I can understand a delay withChristmas Covid Brexit Etc But the buyer is getting quite upset about it. My question is Even if i posted on time and the GSP has taken a long time to deliver can the buyer still give me bad feedback for a delayed package. Certainly poor stars on delivery time at the least Can you object to bad feedback received in these circumstances. Also it is very difficult to talk to anyone about this...Thanks
As long as tracking shows you delivered to UK GSP centre on time you are OK.
If buyer leaves bad feedback, you can get ebay to remove it as was ouside of your control once item reaches GSP.
