Didn’t receive an email or message to say the buyer had opened a case

Can anyone help me? A buyer opened a case on the 13th feb to say they hadn’t received an item I sent on 13th jan. I did not receive an email (I’ve checked my junk, inbox, and deleted), nor is there a message in my eBay inbox saying that they have done this. Today on the 18th, I receive an email asking me to respond to the case (that I wasn’t aware was open!). Upon going into my eBay app (note I don’t use this often so haven’t been on there for the last couple of weeks) there is only the prompt message there in my inbox, sent today, 18th feb, and no initial message? Has this happened before? And how can I complain to eBay? They really needed to have informed me as soon as the case was opened!

Is no where to Complain unless you try Contacting them through Help and Contact. If you don't have Tracked Postage which shows as Delivered to your Buyer you will have to Fully Refund them.
