Changing from post to collection and pay by cash

Hi, i have sold a golf shaft and the customer lives near me so has asked to collect from my house and pay cash how do i change this on my ebay please

if they`ve already paid via paypal, you`d need to refund the payment, then they can collect it and pay cash. Once done, you can mark the item as paid for with the drop-down tab next to the item, mark as dispatched and leave feedback.

i`ll stand corrected on this by someone, but i don`t think any paypal fees are refunded if you do, but i`m not 100% on that 🙂

Be aware of covid restrictions as well regards buyers collecting items.
