one of my listing have "automatic offers settings" and every time i want to change something on my listing it says that my item is under offer and i can’t do any revisions even i can't swith OFF "automatic offers settings" every time comes message error on my IOS that "oops something went wrong" or on my laptop when trying to change anything with 'automatic offers settings" pop in blank white window on side with absolutely nothing that i can change, just blank white page with no offer settings! it is like that for last 30 days and i can't change anything in my listing bcoz listing all the time under offer that has been sent to buyers automatically by Ebay.
contacted 2 weeks ago with CS but nothing has been done. got another customer from US (3rd now) and i can't add International Postage bcos listing is under offer for last 30 days. so how do i can turn off automatic offers then? not working any way i am trying
