Unable to issue invoice

Can anybody please help before i go totally mad ! Auction ended on 2 items for the same buyer - the option to send an invoice for combined postage has disappeared. I have sent numerous invoices previously and never encountered this problem. Thanks in advance.

It's another current glitch which ebay say they're working on.   In the meantime ask buyer to pay full amount then issue a partial refund.
