I know many people complained about combined shipping being missing for simple postage - now, eBay automatically combines orders/shipping regardless of preferences.
I have 2 bulky items listed separately. Someone has purchased both and without my asking and despite my preference not to offer combined shipping, eBay has done just that. They have combined two items under one order and combined the shipping and provided only one shipping label.
I cannot combine in one package as the box would exceed size of RM Medium parcel.
eBay's response is "Yes I understand but I am sure you will figure out something regarding the box ".
Yes, eBay, I happen to have a box that's a Tardis in disguise. Useless.
I now have to pay for a 2nd box to ship something I got £9.99. Again, out of pocket. because of Sumple Delivery.
