I’m a bit confused with regard to people giving offers and the. Me giving counter offers.
I had given a reduction in price and so two potential buyers gave offers, so I accepted one but there was a time of 72 hrs on it 🤷♀️ not sure why as I’ve never seen this before, and even though I had accepted the offer, the buyer still has not sent payment even though the time had come to an end! I wonder if Somone can shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advanced.
