Hi eBay Team,
I was tagged by Kat (Community Team) in a thread regarding the customer service chat being greyed out, but the thread does not allow replies, so I’m unable to provide the requested SessionId there.
The issue is still ongoing chat remains disabled and I cannot type or select options. This is blocking access to support and directly impacting my business.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO GET THIS RESOLVED AS I HAVE HEARED THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING OPTIONS TO CHAT SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS

I understand it can be frustrating but we don't have a timeframe on this. It's with tech and we can only provide updates once they let us know.
It seems like its intermittent for some users so one thing to try would be to see if you can try a new session. Try deleting cache and cookies, logging out and back in and going through contact option again.
