Buyer Protection Fee. See it on BIN items but no mention when listed as Auction.

I've just tried listing a camera lens and when listed as Buy it Now I can see the fee added but when I list as Auction format there is no mention of any additional fee?

Now confused as listed with auction start at £59.99 and buyer fee was added to start price so relisted as BIN and no mention of additional fee. Perhaps it surprises you when you hit purchase?

If you listed the lens at £59.99 the buyer fee has been added as it shows as £63.11
