My account got banned pernamently. First I got the MC011 message. They had asked for an invoice of items and ID. I had provided all of that. Next I get a message about confirmin tracking details. 2 hours later I get pernamently banned. Didn't even get a chance to upload any of it.
Not sure how to proceed now, have called support, messaged support but I just get the same answer "Hey but you can still buy stuff" and then proceeded to try end the chat or call as quickly possible.
The closest I got was it was about selling pattern.
So yeah, i'm just not sure what to do now.
