I cannot add a video clip to my listings and there is not a box to tick in the add photos page. How can I do so?

See the steps to do it here
On a laptop/pc there should be the option in the photos/video section of the listing page to add video. On the app you tap the + symbol from the Photos and video section of the Listing summary page. Please note the option is currently not available in the app if you have seller hub.

Thanks for your reply.
I have a PC and there is not an option on the photo section of the listing page. I used to be able to do it but now, for some reason I can't.
Would it help things if I downloaded and work from the app? At the moment I work from a saved bookmark.
I do have seller hub. Is there an alternative?

You can most definitely add videos in the App.
You can actually do most of the work on a PC, save as a draft and then pickup the Draft on the app and add the video
That being said on desktop - I thought you just uploaded files via the setup below and it knew whether it was a video or a photo from the file extension - possible that some video file extension aren't accepted.

You can try and add the video from the app and see if it works. On the PC as per @jonatjonatjonat helpful screenshot if you click on upload from computer is it allowing you to input a video?

Thank you both for your replies.
I have tried to upload a video from my phone to see if it automatically recognized it, but it did not.
I am using the same phone as I did when the video was accepted and did not alter the image at all. I just made sure it was under one minute and uploaded it.

hi, just drag and drop the video it will automatically detect and upload if it not working check the video format please. also check your web Browser update. thank you
