AI - Average Information

Why on earth is this AI nonesense a good thing. I've tried it and find it obviously predictable and irrelevant. I think it is so much better to write a nice interesting description for your item, so that anyone looking can get a flavour of not just what you're selling but also who they might be choosing to buy from. Does anyone else feel that Ebay is becoming too difficult to use?

You aren't forced to use the AI though. Its just a tool that is there for those who might find it useful.

Going on complaints and questions we get - I'd question how many customers actually read the descriptions...
