proving delivery

'Your funds will be available soon.

For untracked deliveries, funds will become available 14 calendar days from the order date. To receive your funds sooner, upload tracking details or delivery confirmation so we can confirm the buyer received their item.'

How do I do this Please?

Buyers confirm in  messages that they have got items.

That's a weird way of putting it as currently the only way of proving delivery that ebay accepts is online tracking which 'should' be linked to the payment release software.

They are supposed to be accepting feedback for items under £10 in the near future but it hasn't happened yet.

Re: proving delivery

Thanks for  your help all.

I sell 'old' stuff and collectables mainly - back to the car boots and antique markets may be best.

Take care all.

Doing my head in.!!

Re: proving delivery

No, ebay are not paying out with delivery confirmed. I have several items 'delivered' on Royal Mail website but awaiting delivery on ebay. Some were delivered last week. The other problem is that Royal Mail are not updating delivery status. I have 5 items that are showing in transit on RM. Contact with all 5 buyers has resulted in them confirming delivery. I am still waiting for my money. I am frustrated at this inept attitude from ebay and ebay witterers saying on these threads that they are aware of these problems and are working hard to sort it. NO. It has been going on for months and months and months and NOTHING has been done to correct it. eBay has become a laughing stock on social media and very angry sellers are becoming threatening. We want our money ebay and due to your dreadful new system, we aren't getting it. I can see an almighty backlash against ebay coming. Members on Youtube and social media are making suggestions and a growing number of people are supporting these moves.
