every time i try and add domestic postage i have to keep adding the postage again as it keeps disappearing is this happened to anyone else before

Yes I have experienced a similar problem this pm.  Have tried a few times but no improvement so I will try again tomorrow.
Thought it was possibly something to do with new SD but the items I want to list are postcards so they would qualify for letter post.

eBay are proving difficult to comprehend of late.

This isn't a new bug. Used to happen with me on the price. You add a price and type something else in another box or change something and the price disappeared.

Might be something to do with eBay changing how letters are shown (don’t understand it myself)

started to change it for yesterday so teething problems I imagine 

A workaround is you chose padded envelope instead and it should  stop the postage disappearing 

you can amend the postage price to 87p or whatever you want 

once the system has stabilised and postcard hasn’t sold you can go back and chose envelope

this is what I would do anyway until someone tells me I can’t
