Hi

I have some problem with Ebay payout.

My payout every day, but today not get it they shows available not send me out. Before when I want payout just click and sent money how much I want but now missing that option too. :(( Is this some glitch?

Yep,  it seems to be the  glitch of the day,  you are not alone, as a few others are reporting this today.

As with all these all too common now glitches, it usually is a case of ' please try again later! '

I would try again a little later on today, and if there are no holds on your payment hopefully then,  it should be available for withdrawal.

I am on a weekly payout and haven't received it either,  another glitch probably

To be honest,  I wouldn't waste time contacting Customer Services as there usually is no ' timeframe'  for tech issues to be fixed, and they will just tell you they are aware ( hopefully! 😊 )  and eBay are working on it.

Personally,  when this happened to me a few times,  and usually early in the mornings,  it did seem to work again early afternoon.

Ebay answer:

I would like to inform you that there is a glitch from eBay site that has affected all eBay account and today all the sellers are facing the same situation. Our engineers have been informed for the query and they are working around the clock to sort it out. 

No worries this is a reported issue already to our IT team, and our engineers are working to fix this. On my end I will make sure they keep track of your case as well by reporting your event, and follow this up personally. After we have an update to the matter I will get back to you to inform you via email.

Thank you for your posts.

We have received other reports of this issue this morning and there is an open ticket  with tech who are currently working on it to resolve. Please note the ticket is investigating both the withdraw button being greyed out and the planned payouts for today. I'll add your accounts to the ticket and once there is a further update on the fix I will post back.

Yes, I'm having the same problem.  I couldn't withdraw early this morning, but assumed it was the usual not being able to get your funds until after 9ish.   I've  just tried again and no joy.  Thanks for posting this problem so I am now aware that it's not just me.

There has been a technical issue with this today,  many affected,  some as the post above explains all is well now, but with others,  it may take longer.

You may need to try later tonight , or tomorrow.

Automated weekly payments haven't worked, so I guess I will have to wait until next Tuesday, and hope eBay have sorted things out.

Could you please give any updates about our payouts? As we need at least to plan how we can pay for postage and expenses?

Hi All,

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. If your withdraw button is still showing as greyed out please delete cache and cookies and load the page again.

As this also impacted scheduled payouts for yesterday if you still have not received this then you can select the on demand option.
