11th April 2025. Today someone sent me a offer (even though this is turned off), I had already noticed my sales were down, so I checked my listings thinking something was wrong. I discovered multiple errors in every listing, from package sizes had changed from 100g to suitcase sized, from free postage to buyer pays postage, from offers not accepted to accepted. Reviewing did not fix the weight issues and I had to end the listings, fix the issues and relist the item. It took over 12 hrs to fix every listing. Ive spoken to eBay on the phone 3 times today about these issues and asked my feedback to be given to a manager or the owner of eBay. I changed my listings to custom postage not simple delivery as most are not tracked to keep my costs down.
