Is it just me - or do others have this problem, DPD will send delivery notifications and drop off passes direct to the customer once we enter their email address when we book on through their portal - but the long complicated emails eBay give us - so they can monitor what we say to customers - are too long to fit into the DPD portal - and they reject them..are we doing something wrong?

DPD have a Customer Portal User Guide, which may answer this question. I was going to browse for your answer but it is not a five-minute read! And the extra data will be more use to you than to me 😉

A couple of years ago I had an issue with a DPD parcel booked through parcel2go to the Netherlands. The buyer claimed that they did not receive any emails from DPD regarding payment of duty and I always wondered whether this was down to the long ebay email alias but was never able to get to the bottom of it with DPD or Parcel2go.
