Yesterday I sold an item and eBay took the promotion commission immediately
, a day before I would receive the money for the item.
This morning the buyer asked to cancel due to being over excited when they
bought it !
I cancelled the order and in My eBay is states the commission fee has been returned
but there's no money there.
Any ideas, experiences of this ?
