can't withdraw funds- the button is "greyed" out.

yeah the button is greyed out, i have read a few on here with the same problem, i can't get in contact with ebay just the silly chatbot i can't get anywhere with. any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem about a month or so ago.

I cleared my cache and it solved the problem.

A few others with the same issue found that solved it for them too so definitely worth trying.

To add to the advice given by the other member. 

I had a look at your Sellers Rating on the Feedback page, and it is showing zero (the required amount of 10 will allow Sellers funds to be paid out),  (this can occur with New or Infrequent eBay Sellers. 

My relative had this problem so she started selling low value items to keep her Sellers Rating over 10, which help when she sells an expensive item her funds are released straightaway.

If you need to contact eBay's CS  - in the mornings you can get through to Ireland who are very helpful.

I can see you've recently updated your bank details, and they are still under review. Until we confirm the bank details, the button will remain greyed out.

There is a blue banner in your account at the moment advising how long this process will take, once that is completed, you will be able to use the withdraw button.

That isn’t a requirement for Private Sellers to be paid quicker, although it will, as you say, help in terms of potentially avoiding payment holds for more expensive items.  Provided they aren't subject to any payment holds then in order for payments to be released straight away Private Sellers need to have 10 or more successful sales within the last 5 years with a combined total of £150 or more, no more than 2 currently open requests/cases, and no more than 2 transaction defects within the last 12 months.
