Why are items not relisting 8 times? My items only stay up 1 week

Listing of 7 days are supposed to relist 8 TIMES this is not happening. The items I listed last week have not automatically relisted. This is continually happening and is so frustrating and time consuming. I did phone up and query this but it is still happening. Can someone explain why? I feel like giving up on eBay after 15 years the system is a mess.

No, if you're a new or occasional seller it would apply.

You're not, so it doesn't. I believe that somebody linked to the eBay guidance page earlier that explains this.
