Weight limit capped at 20 KG??

I've looking at selling a used turbo trainer that weighs 25 KG however under the "simple" postage scheme this is capped at 20 KG via RM or Evri.

DPD and PF can offer the service to pick up and deliver but Ebay dictate that I can't use them.

Anyone had similar issues with weight and size issues recently?
