Video under review for days on a 7 day sell?

Video under review for days on a 7 day sell? it has no audio because I didn't want any copyright issues so why does it take days! on a 7 day auction to check it?

I guess that it may be a busy time, probably sellers trying to get their items listed and sold before 4th February:

Once your video is uploaded, it will be moderated and posted to your listing within 48 hours. However, it can take up to seven business days to moderate and post a product video during occasional peak periods.
