UNFAIR FEEDBACK - SELLERS BEWARE

Buyer was confused because I had listed a pair of jeans showing both US and UK sizing so leaves me a neutral feedback for her confusion. When asked to revise this buyer said no but a refund would be good, I said okay but she would have to return the jeans, she then said never mind, on checking her feedback left for others  In the past month she has left sellers 42 neutral feedbacks, her feedbacks saying 'awesome' or thx  or thx Kim loves them - do these warrant a neutral feedback?, I think not, it would appear that  she has more than a confusion problem.

You are building up problems for yourself.

You cannot name and shame on these boards and the false positive feedback you left the buyer will damage your account if they report it.

Always best to know all the rules.
