Tracking updating - but not in payments!

So much for being paid two days after delivery. I have a couple of items showing in the orders screen as being delivered on 19th Feb. Both buyers have also left feedback. So according to the new rules, I should be paid within two days. However looking at my payments screen, they are showing as waiting for dispatch. So the system doesnt work, even within Ebays software.

Thanks for the response. That's the strange thing. In the seller hub, the order has updated with the tracking and shows the delivery date. But when I view the order in the payments section, the tracking does not show as delivered. So it isn't the link between the courier and ebay that isn't working, its the link between orders and payments within ebays software. I have contacted Cs by email so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Royal Mail / courier's tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout,  that is,  2 days after the delivery date.

If you have found your tracking has not updated,  therefore holding back your payout,  contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
