The Evri tracking hasn't been updated for almost a week now

It seems again Evry has lost my parcel. Both me and the buyer have reported it to Evri but there is still no update.

Do I have any protection as a seller? I just don't want to lose my money and my item in case Evri can't find it.

If it was sent by simple delivery no problem according to Ebay you will be paid for the item once delivered, if it is lost Ebay are responsible.

If it was sent via your own postage you will need to contact either pack link or evri. Depending how you purchased the label from ebay packlink or direct evri.

But i suspect it is simple delivery so you best action is to get ebay CS to call you and tell them your concerns

If it was Simple Delivery in case of loss or damage in transit eBay refund the buyer and you keep the payment for the transaction.   So ask the buyer to open a "not received" case on ebay.

Simple delivery is when the postage label was purchased through eBay, right?

No. You can purchase a label via eBay without being in SD.
You can tell if it was SD because it won't show the courier used on the listing, it will just state 'Standard Tracked Delivery'. It looks as if you have used a mix of SD and non SD on your sold items.

Unless the seller has paid! It is not always that the buyer pays.
