Simple delivery

I’ve sold a few items and used simple delivery with Royal Mail.
All my parcels are small and under 2kg and the same postage price is charged.
Today, I noticed one of my parcels is going via tracked 24 and the other tracked 48, yet the same postage has been charged via simple delivery.
Im now worried one of them isn’t going to get there or the buyer is going to be charged extra postage.
I hate how eBay has changed. Oh and don’t get me started if you actually need to void postage once it’s paid and buy a different postage label… nightmare!

Re: Simple delivery

The Buyer chooses either Tracked 24 or 48.  It'll be fine.

Re: Simple delivery

The only choice that I have ever been offered as a buyer is between standard and express with simpleton delivery. Standard has always been evri and express has been royal mail 24 or 48 - no choice as to whether 24 or 48 is applied. Haven't found out which until the tracking is checked at royal mail.
