Royal Mail "click & drop" advice...

Anyone use this?..is it any good?..just wondering if I pack the item up,stick on the label etc etc, do I then just drop it off at the Post Office counter or do I have to queue and get it scanned? Thanks in advance.

Right the new rules from February 4. If I still use Royal Mail 2nd class without tracking, although there’s a tracking number with proof of posting which tells me when item is delivered. How will I get paid?
