Simple Delivery.

Could I have confirmation please.

Just sold an item on another private account, the item has been listed for months .  I assume Ebay changed it to SD.  The buyer has paid £2.82 for postage but I know it's a small parcel weighing 200g which would normally cost me £3.90.

Am I correct in thinking I still use the label supplied by Ebay and my buyer won't get charged for an underpaid item?

SD is as clear as mud to me and I don't want to upset the buyer.

Many thanks.

I think the price showing of 2.82 is the small parcel price without the vat added on

3.38 is what your buyer will have paid which is the sd price for small parcels with RM

There is a price list here:

Scroll down to

Courier and postage rates

You can see that the amount your buyer was charged does cover a small parcel up to 1kg.  Ebay will have negotiated special rates and the price won't compare to what you would pay as an individual.
