Simple Delivery, is proving to be time consuming

Simple Delivery is proving to be a nightmare. Buyers from the Channel Islands such as Jersey and Guernsey can not purchase because Simple Delivery does not allow then to pay. Sellers should be able to choose whether they use Simple Delivery or not instead of it just being pushed on them. I personally do not want to use Simple Delivery, it is time consuming, inaccurate and extends delivery dates for Buyers, we need the option to decide how we despatch our packages instead of being forced to use a system that clearly does not work properly

Others too have reported this issue and the answer seems to be to check that Europe is not excluded in your Sit Preferences , showing that you do not post there.

eBay have added the Channel Isles, namely Guernsey and Jersey are listed there to Europe,  so you need to untick that box and it allows buyers there,  to pay you.

Business sellers do not need to use Simple Delivery and can post items to the Channel Islands.

I agree Simple Delivery should be optional .

One of the more obvious businesses operating on a private account. I've given up reporting them as eBay hasn't acted on some which are far more obvious than this, but no doubt somebody else will. Good luck.

OP could obviously avoid this be registering correctly themselves.
