Simple Delivery Experience

So i sold a graphics card for £600.  Buyer chose Express Delivery on my request, Its Royal Mail Tracked 24..... But its more Royal Mail Tracked we will deliver it when we want.

Item was picked up on Monday and is due to be delivered on Thursday..... That is not 24 hours is it! Stop false advertising! I might as well just stick with Standard.

So far very disappointing,  but then i expected nothing less.

The times in Tracked 48 and 24 are aims, not promises.  The same applies to normal First Class; they AIM to next day.

You say it's due for delivery on Thursday.  According to whom?  If Royal Mail are saying so it's probably correct — and the service is indeed very sub-standard — but if it's an e-Bay estimate it means little.

Cacas vendit.

They don't say its 24 hours, the name of the service is Tracked 24, thats the get out also on their website it'll say that the Tracked 24 service aims to delivery within 1 or 2 days but can take upto 72 hours if I'm not mistaken. Its annoying but its not false advertising, its just good sneaky advertising as most would think 24 means 24 hours.
